When a crazy plant lady and a nail art lady combine
Looks like all of my time working with my succulent garden lately is rubbing off onto my nail art designs because it inspired cactus nail art design this week. Since I haven’t been able to successfully paint a recognizable succulent on my nails yet (believe me, I’ve tried), I tried my hand at cactus nail art. It turned out pretty cute, if I do say so!
To start, I went with a gray base that seemed to have just the lightest hint of green. Next, I mixed three shades of green together to get little cacti that appear to have some depth to them. To achieve this design, I mostly used a small, thin brush to create the cactuses and a tiny dotting tool for the prickles, both tools from my Bundle Monster kit.
